Soon after his birth a small island in Tuscany, Massimiliano’s (Max) family moved to Livorno where Max started playing basketball and had his first successes, winning 2 junior leagues championships. In 1984, he started his professional career, playing over 500 games for such clubs as Olimpia Milan, Fortitudo Bologna, Reggio Emilia, and Sassari. Over the course of his career as a basketball player, Max won the Italian Championship, Champions League (former Euroleague), Intercontinental Cup, as well as the second league’s championships.

Manel Bosch was born in 1967 in Lleida, married with two children and living in Barcelona.

He has been a professional basketball player for 18 years in the ACB league, from 1985 to 2003, taking part in teams such as Barcelona, Unicaja, Sevilla, Zaragoza, Lleida, etc. He participated in 41 games with the absolute spanish national team. After his retirement as a professional player, he was appointed sports director of the ACB Caprabo Lleida team (2003-2005).

He started working as a player representative in the Media Sports Marketing company in 2005.

He has the Title of FIBA ​​Agent since 2008 nº: 2008019615 and is a Basketball coach (first level)

Manel Bosch founded in 2012 the representation company Global Sports Basketball Management where he currently works as CEO and player’s agent.

From 2011 to 2021 it has been the Spanish partner of the representation company Interperformances

Raul was born in 1968 in Mendoza, Argentina. He dedicated 34 years to technical management at the national level. Thanks to his long experience and preparation, he advises players from all over South America and the world in building their sports careers and life projects. It controls the Argentina, Chile and Mexican markets for
Women’s Basketball. His passion and common sense positions himself as one of the best agents in South America.

Aydin has been playing basketball since he was 9. He played both in youth programs and professionally for several clubs. Since 2009, Aydin is a FIBA certified agent who manages 3/4 of the Iranian basketball market and represents top national players, including Samad Nikkhah Bahrami, Hamed Haddadi, Mahdi Kamrani, and Behnam Yakhchali. Radostina was born on August 22, 1985, in Pernik, Bulgaria. She had a basketball career as a player which lasted 16 years. She was National team player from 2007 until 2016, 6 times winner of the National Cup of Bulgaria, 9 times Champion of Bulgaria. Was chosen as the Best Basketball Player of the country . Played internationally in Spain for 4 years. She was chosen to the Symbolic Team of the Decade of the Bulgarian female basketball for the 2010-2019. Speaks English, French and Spanish.

Itay had been playing basketball since young age throughout all youth leagues and following his retirement spent a few more years on courts as a basketball referee. He graduated the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) with the degree of Industrial and Management Engineer (B.Sc.) and during the last few years, Itay has acquired extensive experience in leading complex hi-tech projects.

Liran Gudis is a lawyer (L.L.B) specializing in such areas as civil disputes, tort law and personal injuries, including sports injuries. Liran is a former basketball coach with over 10 years of experience in multiple Israeli basketball leagues.

Mateusz has almost a decade-long career as a professional basketball player. Following the end of his career as a player, he graduated from the University of Wroclaw where he gained a Law degree. Since then, he is representing the interests of leading Polish basketball players and athletes.

Pavle has been a full time professional basketball agent since the year 2000 and was one of the first agents that has received their FIBA license in 2007 ( 2007018085 ) and has German license for the BBL/ProA and ProB ( license number D-PAL-170 ). Has specialized in the area of the Adriatic League ( Slovenia , Croatia , Serbia , BiH and Montenegro) and Germany. Spent more then 15 years in Court-Side prior to joining BIG. Christelle started to play basketball very young and became a professional player at 17 years old and for 20 years in France, Israel and Spain. she played for all the French National Teams young and adult. In 2007 she became an agent, licensed since 2008. Christelle speaks French and English. Exclusively dealing with the Female basketball. Christelle represents BIG in France.

Roman Montañez was born in Manresa in 1979, married, with 2 children and residing in Sant Joan de Vilatorrada (Barcelona).

Professional basketball player for 20 years, accumulating more than 500 games in Acb (Spain) and some more in European competitions, playing for different teams in Manresa, Valladolid, Bilbao, Girona.

After retiring as a player in 2017, he became Sports Director in Baxi Manresa for 3 seasons (2017-2020).

In 2021 he became part of Global Sports Management SL, a player representation agency in Spain founded in 2012.

His CV includes an IESPORT certified MBA Sport Management.

Tokuhiro used to work as an operation staff for a professional football club called Tokushima Vortis in Japan and then joined as an agent assistant at a basketball division in Japan Sports Marketing inc. in 2021. He corporates with a FIBA Certified Agent (No. 2011023359) named Toshinori Koga in the company who has been getting involved in Japanese basketball industry more than 30 years.

Jens Erik is a FIBA licensed agent operating from Copenhagen. As a former professional basketball player, he knows what it takes for players to succeed in Scandinavia. He started as a FIBA agent because he saw a lack of guidance for talented Danish players who want to become professionals. The past couple of years, Jens has built a great network within this region. Besides his agency, he works for ‘Children Basketball foundation’ which is a foundation located in Denmark who’s working to promote basketball for kids. Esteban Novillo (Madrid, 1992) is an spanish sports journalist who has worked for MARCA, Gigantes del Basket and Real Madrid TV. He also started as basketball coach with 16 years and he work for different young teams more than ten years. Spasoje was a Professional Basketball Player in many teams in Montenegro, he built his foreign career at tournaments in China and the Philippines.Since 2017 he has also regularly organized youth basketball camps and promoted professional tournaments throughout China. Robert Wilson played professional basketball and after a successful career highlighted with the opportunity to represent his native country Canada in several prestigious international events, Robert has turned his attention to the administrative side of basketball and has been a full time professional basketball agent for more then  two decades.

Gábor Zsivera lives in Budapest, Hungary, he had a short playing career in Hun Div 1 and Div 2, but gave up pro balling at the age of 21 and started business in Hungarian basketball media as he became the head of the main Hungarian basketball website, www.kezdo5.hu and joined Sport TV as a color commentator of International Basketball Games (Euroleague, Hun Div 1 Games, Adriatic League, Champions League and NBA) in 2011. He joined ICT Europe 3 years ago after finishing career as a GM in Hun Div 1 men’s team, Vasas Budapest. Gábor represents BIG in Hungary and Austria.
